What have you tried? I recommend Spybot Search and destroy for Adware. Possibly Avira, but Spybot is better for Adware.

first you have to uninstall the Mcfee,and they make it hard to do,but i will try to explain
1.down in the right hand tray you will see a red M
2.RIGHT CLICK ON IT,DISABLE THE ANTIVIR SCAN
3. GO TO CONTROL PANRL/ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS
4.CLICK TO REMOVE mcfee,but that will not remove it,down in the left hand bottom tray you will see Mcfee flashing in orange,click on that
then you can start the remove process,but you are not through,uninstall out of the 'c' drive,then you need to remove it from the regestry,there are two places it shows up,just click on the number 2 and 3,then click on software and you should see it in 2 places
